The frise, also called "freselle" in Campania, are a simple food but with a unique, irresistible taste. This is integral, light and digestible and can be eaten in many ways. A tip: taste it slightly wet with a drizzle of evo oil or wet it and season it with tomato, evo oil, salt and oregano. You won't regret it!
