The production of liqueurs and distillates in Campania has ancient roots. Tradition has it that, from the most important city to the most typical village, there is the custom of toasting with the guest, at the end of lunch, with a glass of "elixir" as a wish and thanks for the company. The choice of liqueur is wide and the tastes are many and varied, ranging from the classic Limoncello, made with lemons from the Amalfi Coast or Sorrento, up to the ancient Nocino, passing through the liqueur creams embellished with various ingredients until you get to the grappas of native grape varieties. All strictly handmade and made with recipes handed down from generation to generation, in full respect of the ancient art of distilling.
