Chiacchiere

Difficulty: Medium                                                    Ingredients for 6 people
                                                                                    Cooking time: about 2 hours


Ingredients



- 500 g flour



- 50 g of butter (softened to room temperature)



- Grated lemon rind



- 4 eggs



- A teaspoon of brandy



- 100 g of sugar



- A pinch of salt



- Powdered sugar (as required)



- Seed oil for frying




Preparations


On the work table knead together all the ingredients except the oil and the powdered sugar.



Working to form a dough.



Let the dough rest for 30 minutes.



Roll out small pieces of the dough in thin sheets, cut them in shapes as you prefer.



Fry in hot oil until browning.



Let them cool and then cover with powdered sugar.
